Three engagements,
each with a defined outcome
Every service is scoped before it begins, carried out by the same consultant you spoke with at the start, and concluded with a written document. Prices are fixed and published.

The methodology behind each engagement
Scope the work
A short written agreement defines what will be done, what will not, and when delivery is expected.
Conduct the work
Interviews, observation, or a facilitated session — depending on the engagement type. No handoffs to associates.
Write the output
Findings, framework, or summary — delivered as a written document in the agreed format.
Debrief
A short conversation after delivery to confirm the document met the brief and address any questions.

Operational Diagnostic
A two-week assessment of a company's day-to-day operations, organised around three areas chosen with the sponsor — for example, planning rhythms, decision rights, and tool sprawl. The consultant interviews five to ten people, observes the work in motion, and writes a diagnostic document with three to five focused observations.
What the engagement includes
- Scoping session to agree three focus areas
- Interviews with five to ten people from the organisation
- Observation of work in progress where practical
- Diagnostic document with three to five observations
- Post-delivery debrief session

Editorial Strategy for Internal Publications
A consultation for companies whose internal communications include a regular newsletter, written all-hands summary, or content programme. The output is a written editorial framework — a publication schedule, a set of recurring section types, and a short style note for contributors.
What the engagement includes
- Review of existing internal publication materials
- Consultation session with communications lead
- Publication schedule with suggested cadence
- Defined recurring section types for the publication
- Short contributor style note (readable in under ten minutes)
— Service 03 —
Quarterly Retrospective Facilitation
Independent facilitation for a team's quarterly retrospective on a single project, programme, or function. The consultant prepares questions, runs the session, and writes a summary with observations and themes. The format works for project teams, programme offices, and small leadership groups.
What the engagement includes
- Pre-session briefing with the commissioning contact
- Prepared question framework adapted to the team context
- Facilitation of the retrospective session (up to three hours)
- Written summary with observations and recurring themes
- Post-delivery debrief

Protocols that apply across all engagements
Confidentiality
All interview content, internal documents, and findings are confidential. Nothing is shared outside the engagement without written permission.
Written agreement
Every engagement begins with a short agreement defining scope, timeline, and fee. No work begins without it.
PDPA compliance
Personal data handling follows the requirements of Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
Delivery on time
Delivery dates are agreed before work begins and are met. If circumstances on either side require adjustment, this is communicated in writing.
No conflicts
The practice does not hold financial relationships with vendors or third-party services that might be referenced in its findings.
Post-engagement debrief
Every engagement concludes with a brief conversation to confirm the output met the brief. Feedback is actively sought and taken seriously.
